Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to give our customers a seamless shopping experience. We are always available to solve any size or fabric related queries. Our
garments are all on a made to order basis & specially created for you.
However, once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns.
Exchange & Return Policies
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange. You need to mail us the issue within 48 hours from the date of receipt of product on hello@mehraki.in. The returned merchandise should reach us within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Once received, our team would inspect the product for the
need for exchange and based on their jurisdiction, the exchange will be made
possible.
If you do not wish for an exchange then the refund will only be in the form of
Credit Note.
EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail
- Write to us on hello@mehraki.in & mention all the details regarding return. (the order number & the reason for return)
- Pack your return securely, in the original package.
- Courier the parcel back to us.
- No returns on discounted merchandise
- We will not accept the product :
- if it has been damaged by you
- if it is altered as per specs shared by you
- if it has been worn.
You should expect to receive your credit note within three weeks of giving your
package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive it
more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your
return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process
your return request once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
